The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the CEO and other C-Suite executives, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.Key Responsibilities:• Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, managing regional communications.• Draft documents like agreements, contracts, memos, presentations, and reports.• Organize conferences, events, and travel (both commercial and private), including international trips.• Maintain filing systems (both electronic and manual).• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle phones, and prepare expense reports.• Conduct internet research and handle ad hoc projects.• The role emphasizes trustworthiness, flexibility, and off-hour availability, given the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the responsibilities.Qualifications:• 10+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives.• Bachelor’s Degree required.• Detail-oriented, multitasker with strong problem-solving skills.• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential matters.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent communication skills.• Team player mentality with a flexible, hands-on approach.A1391779CHI_1726493188To Apply for this Job Click Here
