The candidate in this position will be supporting benefits, payrolll, and compensation processes, as well as working with unions as a subject matter on the intrepretation of CBAs. A self-starter with strong communications skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role.
