The ideal candidate possesses advanced knowledge of UKG, Excel, and other data analysis tools, as well as multiple years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the HR space. Furthermore, the ability to collect, analyze, and present data clearly and effectively is critical to having success in this position. An ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, and knowledge of HR practices pertaining to HRIS systems are also key facets of this position.
