What We're Looking For:


We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Leader (Director or VP, depending on experience) who will be instrumental in optimizing our revenue processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving business development outcomes. This role will lead operations and enablement across our revenue functions, including Broker Sales, National Accounts, Carrier Partners, and Alternative Distribution. The primary responsibility is to identify and design systems, processes, tools, and approaches that ensure alignment across sales, marketing, business development, product, and finance teams to maximize sustainable revenue growth.


The scope and strategic ownership will scale with the candidate’s experience and expertise, making this an ideal opportunity for high-level operators at both the Director and VP levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives and enhances operational performance across all revenue channels
  • Build and refine systems and processes for managing deals of varying complexities, including risk scoring, ROI assessments, account planning templates, term sheets, contracting workflows, and implementation playbooks
  • Provide guidance on deal structures to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Continuously analyze and refine sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and ensure a seamless customer journey from prospecting to close
  • Lead or oversee sales training and coaching programs, from onboarding to continuous performance development and career growth
  • Create and maintain educational materials and end-user resources to support the revenue team’s success
  • Build and maintain processes that drive systems, tools, and data configuration to provide actionable insights and reporting for key stakeholders across the organization
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
  • Depending on level, build and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.


What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in a consultative sales environment
  • 5+ years of leading a revenue or sales operations team
  • Proven experience in both strategy development and hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools; experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Experience in business development and deal management
  • Familiarity with platform integrations and technology adoption in a revenue-focused organization


$132,500 - $211,900 a year
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.
