The Customer Adoption and Training Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers fully leverage Beamery’s platform to achieve their talent acquisition and management goals.
Training Development and Delivery:
🚀 Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials (e.g., webinars, e-learning modules, documentation) tailored to various customer needs and learning styles.
🚀 Conduct live and virtual training sessions to educate customers on Beamery’s platform features, best practices, and new product updates.
Customer Adoption:
🚀 Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and engagement with Beamery’s platform.
🚀 Analyze customer usage data to identify adoption trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase platform utilization.
🚀 Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create customized adoption plans for key accounts.
Customer Support and Relationship Management:
🚀 Serve as a primary point of contact for customer training and adoption-related inquiries.
🚀 Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional training and support.
🚀 Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to ensure alignment and share customer insights.
Content Creation and Management:
🚀 Continuously update training materials to reflect product updates and new features.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
🚀 Track and report on key training and adoption metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
🚀 Provide regular updates to leadership on customer adoption status and training impact.
🚀 Extensive experience in customer training, adoption, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
🚀 The ideal candidate is passionate about customer success, has a strong background in training and enablement, and excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
🚀 Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences.
🚀 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
🚀 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
🚀 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
🚀 Passion for customer success and a deep understanding of customer-centric approaches.

Salary: $110,000 + Equity
