Are you a senior product design who prides themselves on the ability to design delightful solutions that solve user focused problems and clearly make business impact? Beamery is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our amazing team.
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for the experiences that empower our customers to excel in talent acquisition. You’ll report into one of our amazing design managers Steve. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to make high-quality design decisions efficiently. Moreover, you'll develop a deep understanding of talent teams and their processes.

Although our diverse design team isn't large, we're mighty. We have robust design system that keeps products consistent and DesignOps folks continuously improving designer’s experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join us and contribute to setting best practices that drive innovative solutions and positively impact people's lives.
What you will be doing?
🚀 Lead the design for a cross functional product team focused on analytics and reporting.
🚀 Own the entire product design lifecycle, through a double diamond diverge / converge research ideation to execution.
🚀 Facilitate workshops and build a collaborative ideation culture.
🚀 Prototype ideas to rapidly test and to evaluate their viability and refine detailed interactions.
🚀 Iterate quickly based on user feedback and drive design cycles to enhance product performance.
What we're looking for?
🚀 Proven experience in end-to-end product design as a senior designer.
🚀 Experience in early stage solution discovery.
🚀 Experience of running concept validation sessions.
🚀 Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
🚀 Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide feedback, articulate and document design decisions, and present to stakeholders.
🚀 A pragmatic problem solver who can navigate solution design and balance assumption and user research.
🚀 Familiarity with design systems and experience in collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
🚀 Ability to contribute to the entire development process, from ideation to design QA.
🚀 Portfolios showcasing live projects and highlighting the design process and problem-solving approach are preferred.
Bonus skills: Data Visualization and Analytics Design
In addition to the above, experience in data visualization and analytics design would be highly beneficial. The ideal candidate would demonstrate experience in designing analytical dashboards and tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making but is not essential.
