• Maintain the beauty closet at all times to keep the space camera-ready for video production and event activations.
• Receive and unpack beauty deliveries for content review and production.
• Organize physical products by brand, and content category, including all assets (press releases, contacts) necessary for reporters/writers
• Assist in calling in product for testing and shoots per brands’ requests.
• Maintain PR company contact list
• Facilitate and monitor any necessary logistical procedures, including messenger pickups or shipments, packing
• Managing the space’s shoots/events calendar and anticipating requirements around that schedule.
• Build strong partnerships with beauty editors to work collaboratively
• Pitch stories and trend roundups based on the latest market news you see coming into the closet
• Continually elevate processes and best practices
• Learn beauty protocols and language as well as processes for each brand and platform
• Coordinate semi-annual beauty sales and corresponding charitable donations, as well as regular product donations

• 2 to 3+ years of previous experience in an assistant or operations role
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team member
• Extreme organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment
• Positive, self-motivated mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Suite skills
• Engaged, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable in Beauty Industry and content creation
• Familiarity with editorial processes and an interest in journalism are preferred

• The expected base salary range for this position is from $56,500 - $66,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
