We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. Our headquartered is in Paris and we also have office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 30 tech, product, growth and sales experts. Beavr is looking for a talented Expertise Architech who will bridge expertise, product, customer success, and sales to empower our customers and drive their success on the path to a more sustainable future.
At its core, Beavr provides the tool and expertise to empower its customer in their sustainability journey. Integrating deep CSR expertise in our product in a precise yet easy-to-use and approchable for non-experts (our customers) way is a key part of our value proposition and differentiation vs. the competition.
This role aims at aligning expertise, product, customer success and sales to ensure we bring our customer what they need to progress in their sustainability journey. It requires breaking complex concepts into simple things, finding common patterns, building a generic data model to keep all of that extra simple. It also requires deep project management capabilities to articulate methodologies into roadmaps and then orchestrate delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.
You have understood it well, the role requires curiosity and deep understanding of sustainability topics, a synthetic mindset, strong structuration skills as well as project management proficiency.
It is an exciting job like no other at the crossroad of sustainability expertise and methodology, product, data, sales orchestration and team enablement.
Primary objectives
Your primary objective will be to drive the integration of new sustainability frameworks we want to propose to our clients, orchestrating their delivery across product, sales and CS teams.
In more details, this includes:
Understanding complex sustainability frameworks and building methodologies we can propose to our clients
Working hand in hand with Product to bring these methodologies to life in our software platform
Contribution to new feature design
Definition of relevant data model to sustain frameworks in the platform while keeping things simple and scalable
Definition of playbooks to integrate new frameworks in a systematic and scalable way
Organizing work plan to integrate new frameworks, from product availability to offer articulation to CS team enablement - objective is to release and be able to sell and serve new frameworks in a timely manner

Your are output-oriented and super hands-on, you really enjoy getting your hands dirty.
You have an academic background in sustainability
You have significant environmental expertise (GHG management, LCAs, etc.) from a previous work experience
