Behavior Technician - Work with Children (Paid Training!)

As a Behavior Technician, you will interact with children on the autism spectrum in our high-quality children’s therapy clinic, providing therapy to help children gain skills. We utilize a results-oriented approach called applied behavior analysis (ABA therapy), which involves observing how our clients react to their environment and how they respond to people around them. You will engage children in fun activities to help build their skills and social awareness and document their progress.

This position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, individuals who have a passion or interest in teaching individuals with special needs, daycare, early childhood education, and paraprofessionals. This is a great role for people who are looking to advance their careers in education, occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavioral health, and other psychology specialties.

No experience is required. We provide paid training, a friendly and supportive team environment, and an extensive career path with advancement opportunities. All work performed in our Urbandale location, no travel required.
