Registered Behavior Technician - Center Based (RBT)

BehaviorCare is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, infants and their families in New Jersey and Arizona.   

With BehaviorCare being in our growth mode, there is an abundance of opportunity to make impact with your ideas, experiences and feedback. We are seeking dedicated Full Time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our growing team and work in our brand-new clinic we are opening! 

Center Address: 4515 S. McClintock Dr. Tempe, AZ 85282 

• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in ourin-center setting  
• Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child 
• Properly notate data collected within Central Reach, our data collection platform 
• Administrative duties that the center may need – Sign in sheets, reporting 
• Creating and organizing stimuli for sessions being conducted in the center 
• Cleaning and sanitization within the center to ensure a healthy environment for staff and kiddos 
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency 
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client  

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have) 
• A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges  
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on a daily basis on performance  
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required  
• Must have own reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive promptly to the center for your scheduled shift 
• Background check  
• Available for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday 

• Hourly Pay: $21 - $23 per hour

• Full time position with guaranteed pay and hours (38 to 40 hours per week)
