Answer product questions and resolve issues for customers
Become a Benchling product expert
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate on customer issues
Document continuously changing product knowledge
Deliver trainings for customers and marketing events
Lead internal Support projects to improve customer experience
Education
BS or M.Sc. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Bioengineering, or similar life science field
