Experience Desired for HR Benefits and Leave Admin:

• 2 years’ experience employee benefits oversight, administration, and education
• 2 years’ experience administering employee leaves of absence
• Basic knowledge of OSHA compliance, ergonomic compliance, and workers compensation
• Professional written and verbal communication skills experience administering employee leaves of absence
• Corporate budget knowledge and analysis experience a plus!
