Benefits Programs Manager

Purpose of The Role:

This position will be responsible for driving the overall strategy of researching, designing, and managing effective, cost efficient, progressive global benefits and compensation. The ideal candidate manages career development, recognition, and work life programs that support the overall talent strategy. The Benefits Programs Manager works closely with senior management and international offices to ensure programs are aligned with corporate strategies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the development, design, execution, and maintenance of progressive total rewards programs.
  • Recommends introduction or implementation of new programs or changes to existing programs to ensure Pampered Chef offers coworkers total rewards that supports the achievement of strategic business initiatives and that affect coworker satisfaction and engagement and delivers a compelling rewards platform that reinforces attraction and retention efforts.
  • Responsible for managing relationships and performance of vendors/carriers, providing program administration and broker services.
  • Involved with contract negotiations, performance reviews, resolution of claim or servicing issues and making recommendations to CFO if changes in the relationship are required.
  • Assists with designing and administration of compensation programs for all US & International coworkers.
  • Responsible for leading, building and meeting required deadlines for all ethics & compliance initiatives
  • Consults with coworkers on pay, benefits and other program questions.
  • Creates and leads training on HR-related topics, including by not limited to benefits, compensation, development
  • Oversight of input of total rewards data to ensure data accuracy
  • Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resources programs to drive employee experience, including diversity & inclusion events.
  • Designs, implements and monitors a variety of human resources programs to drive a unique and differentiated employee experience and ensure talent programs equip employees to drive superior business results
  • Analyzes data to drive program priorities and communicate to senior leadership team findings on health of talent across programs

Education and Experience:

  • B.A. Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or Finance, M.S/M.A.
  • 5+ years' experience administering and designing benefit programs.
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish, a plus
  • Experience in and passion for diversity & inclusion in the workplace
  • Knowledge of HR talent program strategy and program development, a plus
  • Project / Program management with a passion for data driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to approach solutions from multiple perspectives
  • Strong knowledge of excel and analyzing data
