TEAM & ROLE

As an Implementation Manager, you will be accountable for the successful implementation of new client accounts, ensuring that our clients have a seamless onboarding experience from contract signing to go live. This role would be reporting directly to our Head of Customer Operations Aileen Palmer. 

You will work closely with client benefit teams to understand their goals and use cases for Benepass, configure their plans, and manage the project timeline. This role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementations. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing implementation plans tailored to each client's needs

  • Managing multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring all projects stay on track

  • Configuring client accounts within our platform, including setting up benefit plans, user roles, and integrations

  • Conducting client training sessions to ensure effective platform adoption

  • Collaborating with our Customer Success and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation

The ideal candidate has strong time management and organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Currently, our Customer Operations team is composed of:

  • 2 Customer Success Managers

  • 1 Implementation Manager 

  • 8 Customer Support Agents

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a knack for grasping new concepts rapidly and can adapt swiftly to changing priorities and environments.

  • You have an insatiable appetite for learning and are always seeking to understand the 'why' behind processes and decisions.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle multiple complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

  • You have a natural talent for organizing, planning, and executing projects efficiently, always keeping the end goal in sight.

  • You can articulate complex ideas simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an implementation manager or related experience within SaaS, start-up, healthcare, or benefits space.

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Strong project management and software delivery experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects remotely.

  • Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices in the SaaS industry.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

COMPENSATION

  • We’re still finalizing the compensation package for this position! We will update this shortly. 

Range(s) is subject to change. Benepass takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including your expectations, how you interview, peer compensation, and years of experience. We also look at the market data.

Travel

  • Certain roles may involve occasional travel. You will be expected to attend company-wide on-site events three times per year.

Location

  • Although we operate as a 100% US Remote company, certain positions may necessitate occasional attendance at one of our offices in NY or Oakland. Additionally, some roles may require residence in specific geographic regions or time zones.
