Regional Strategic Alliances Manager

Skills
- 5+ years experience in employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space
- Experience in channel, consulting strategy, or business development
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of health/benefits landscape
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Drive awareness of Benepass with strategic partners through meetings and events
- Educate key innovation leaders about solutions and capabilities
- Manage assigned partners and act as liaison between Benepass and SMEs
- Develop growth strategies to drive revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic goals
- Represent Benepass at conferences and events
