Berkadia is looking for a Loan Closing Specialist to support the commercial real estate industry. You will review applications, coordinate commitments, and track post-closing documents.

Responsibilities

Review application and rate lock documentation
Prepare Berkadia Index Lock Agreement
Rate Lock all Freddie loans
Assist Closers in closing phases of loans
Record loan and closing information in OmniView
Track post-closing documents
Reconcile good faith accounts
Perform administrative duties as needed

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
