BerlinRosen is a full-service communications firm seeking an Account Director for their Impact Team to lead impactful communications campaigns across various social justice issues.

Skills

6+ years in strategic communications or related field
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with media relations and advocacy communications
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead strategic conversations and advance communications strategy for client accounts.
Develop and oversee integrated campaigns leveraging public affairs and media tactics.
Directly manage and mentor staff, providing strategic direction.
Collaborate with management to inspire creativity within the team.
