Senior Account Executive, Higher Ed

BerlinRosen is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for higher education and effectively communicate around vital social issues.

Skills

Minimum 3-4 years of communications experience
Familiarity and interest in higher education landscape
Strong relationships with reporters and strong news sense
Ability to handle multiple assignments, work quickly, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategy and campaign planning for multiple high-profile client accounts
Manage clients daily
Engage with key reporters
Write and edit persuasive external and internal documents such as press releases, op-eds, fact sheets, talking points, editorial board memos, and communications strategies
Participate in business development opportunities
Manage internal client teams and mentor junior staff

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
