As an FP&A Intern, you will support the FP&A forecasting team, whose primary focus is working with product leadership to build a bottoms-up forecast and reporting of financial actuals.  In this role, you will help maintain our current reporting as well as help prepare actuals seen by senior leadership.  You can expect to learn the full cycle of Best Egg’s products (Installment Lending, Credit Card, Flexible Rent) from marketing to origination to servicing and its financial impact along the way.

This role will report to the Finance and Account FP&A Department

• Help prepare monthly deliverables including any potential build out of new reporting
• Support product forecasting team on quarterly forecasts
• Understanding our GL structure with actuals and how it aligns to forecast
• Help expand the usage of our planning tool (Adaptive) by working with partners throughout the organization
• Variance and ad hoc analysis

• Strong desire to learn about financials
• Highly attentive to detail – our outputs are seen throughout the organization.
• Basic proficiency in Excel
• Ability to work in fast fast-paced environment, possibly handling multiple deliverables at once.
• SQL/Snowflake/Power BI experience a plus
