We seek a talented and driven Product Manager to lead our Renter Product, an innovative embedded fintech solution that empowers renters to break their rent into multiple payments. In this role, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Flexible Rent consumer experience, focusing on creating value for renters while aligning with our business and partner objectives. You will balance iterating on winning features, running growth tests, and paying down technical debt to create the premier embedded flexible payment experience

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and post-launch optimization
• Conduct user research and analyze data to gain deep insights into renter needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that balances user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to deliver high-quality product features and enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders to align product strategy with overall company goals and partner requirements
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform data-driven decisions
• Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market trends, and performance data
• Ensure the product meets all compliance and regulatory requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or consumer-facing products
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of using analytics to inform product decisions
• Deep understanding of user experience design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Basic understanding of web and mobile application technologies
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the fintech space is a plus
