Senior Revenue Accountant

As a Senior Revenue Accountant at BetterUp, you will play a key role in analyzing and reviewing complex revenue transactions, refining revenue recognition policies, and driving revenue-related month-end close activities.

Skills

2+ years of revenue accounting experience (ASC 606/IFRS 15)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce a plus

Responsibilities

Perform revenue recognition activities based on GAAP standards
Review customer arrangements for proper revenue recognition
Manage monthly revenue-related tasks and analysis
Prepare journal entries in accordance with ASC 606
Conduct technical accounting research and provide guidance on revenue recognition matters
Support internal and external auditors during reviews and audits
Identify areas for process improvements in revenue accounting

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
