Beyond Elevation Workforce Solutions is on the lookout for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant team within the workforce solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the workforce sector, eager to develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales to meet company growth targets. You will play a key role in promoting our innovative workforce solutions designed to elevate business performance and foster growth for our clients. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you can showcase your sales expertise and contribute to the overall success of Beyond Elevation Workforce Solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Present and demonstrate our workforce solutions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in workforce solutions or related industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
