You will provide strategic, innovative, and cost-effective support solutions to increase efficiency, reliability, and integration of our services and operations. You will work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment.What You'll DoThe Associate Automation Support Engineer will help• Support and maintain a portfolio of applications, including user requests and other issues.• Document issues, provide user training for key applications and create self-service options for Helpdesk users.• Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions and tools to support various IT, Corporate and Product operations.• Analyze existing IT processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop automation strategies to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance scalability.• Manage various integration projects.• Automate resolution of common tasks and problems.• Research industry trends, best practices, and evaluate their applicability to improve existing automation frameworks and processes.• Develop customized automation strategies that align with customer-specific requirements and objectives.• Modernize and mature use of key corporate applications such as Company’s helpdesk.• Configure alerting mechanisms to proactively detect and resolve data issues via SQL.What We Look For• Knowledge of API (build, integration and support).• Understanding of automation and iPaaS technologies and trends.• Demonstrable clarity of thought and the ability to independently navigate ambiguous situations to achieve results.• Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Powerhsell, Ruby, JavaScript/Node.js)• Working experience using a variety of other common SaaS apps - Salesforce, Slack, FreshWorks, etc.• Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for a non-technical audience.• Experience in developing integration and regression tests.• Experience with frontline support of users and third-party applications.• Proficiency in SQL.• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.• Ability to troubleshoot in unfamiliar territory, provide technical support, and maintain third-party commercial SaaS applications.• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.• Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision.Why Join Us?While you make a difference for others, we’ll work to make a difference for you, providing an uplifting, collaborative work environment and benefits that reflect your value to us.
