Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success within our debt relief programs.Key Responsibilities:• Educate Clients: Provide detailed information about Beyond Finance’s financial hardship debt program, ensuring clients understand the benefits and available options.• Empathize and Deescalate: Use active listening and empathy to address concerns and calm upset clients, particularly those facing financial difficulties.• Navigate CRM System:Efficiently use our CRM system to access and manage client information, maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress.• Analyze Financial Situation: Assess clients’ financial status to recommend appropriate strategies towards debt-free goals.• Retain Clients: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized solutions aligned with their financial objectives, encouraging continued program participation.• Achieve Retention Goals: Meet or exceed retention targets, earning commissions based on client success.What We Look For:• Experience in retention, sales, or collections preferred.• High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.• Resilience and ability to remain composed under pressure.• Proficiency with CRM systems and strong tech-savviness.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus.• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.• Willingness to adapt to evolving environments and learn about new financial solutions.Why Join Us?At Beyond Finance, we’re committed to supporting your personal and professional growth while you make a meaningful impact on others’ lives.
