Job Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect specializing in Oracle solutions to join our dynamic team at Beyond Health Rec. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions that meet our business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle applications, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and analyzing business needs to develop effective technology solutions using Oracle applications.
- Creating architecture designs and solution blueprints based on industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure solutions are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Providing guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Staying up-to-date with Oracle product updates and industry trends to ensure optimal solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on Oracle applications.
- Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience in cloud-based Oracle solutions is highly valued.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role with a focus on Oracle solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle architecture, applications, and integration methodologies.
- Expertise in cloud-based Oracle solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to assess business needs and design effective technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
