The Finance Team is a matrix organization within Beyond Meat that is dedicated to creating food products that are leading the gold standard in plant-based proteins. They are looking for an outstanding individual to join the team located in DEPA (Malvern, PA) location as a Financial Analyst.
This position will support all manufacturing locations within area to meet financial targets and strengthen controls within the NetSuite ERP environment. This position will also be a key support to the operations team to improve plant performance. The position requires a broad business perspective and fundamental skills to manage financial reporting, budgeting, product costing, fixed assets, and inventory.
General Responsibilities
• Monitor, audit, and reconcile inventory at all manufacturing sites, internal warehouses, and third party storage facilities, within local area
• Validate manufacturing production, material consumption, and yield
• SOX compliance: implement and or create controls as directed by the internal controls team
• GL accounting and audit of expenses for multiple locations
• Identify and implement process improvements or standard creation
• Validate Bills of Material for production stock keeping units
• Support Supply Chain in cycle counts and run analytic reports for adjustments
• Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting and strong operational knowledge
• Ability to develop and or maintain financial models
• Track production of products at multiple manufacturing facilities
• Frequent communications with employees on the production floors
• Create and/or develop reports for operational metric tracking and leadership review
• Assist in creating financial forecasting for business needs
• Adhere to all facility policies concerning safety, security, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Performs other duties, as assigned, and follows through on requests in a timely manner
Qualifications
• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
• 2 years minimum of manufacturing or related accounting experience required
• NetSuite experience is preferred, comparable ERP system experience is vital for success in this position
• Strong computer skills (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communication and team leadership skills, ability to work with and/or supervise a variety of people.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and corporate financial policies
• Strong cost, managerial accounting exposure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-drive and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced business
Work Environment
• Warehouse and production manufacturing environment that includes both tempered and ambient areas.

• Position requires the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods, step, balance, crouch, stoop, kneel, squat, bend, must be able to lift minimal 50 lbs. consistently, reach above shoulders, or as needed to complete tasks.
• Must be able to occasionally climb stairs or a ladder to complete tasks.
• Position located in a mix of office, production, and warehouse environments and requires a tolerance for cold work environments (-10-40˚ F), high worker traffic, loud noises, odors, dust, and varying room temperatures.
• This position will be required to visit the production floor, refrigerated and frozen storage, and warehouses.
• Work flexible shifts as required.
• Understand that overtime and occasional weekends and/or worked holidays will be required based on company needs.
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $75,000 and $82,000. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits
