About the role:

As Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to develop, maintain, monitor, and support our core reporting platform. This role will work together with our existing IT and development departments to help automate and streamline data processes. You will be responsible for assisting with internal and external data / reporting requirements, often liaising with stakeholders to ascertain their needs to provide a solution.

Responsibilities:

Design, implementation and maintenance of database extracts and load processes (ETL) using Shell Scripting
Building of aggregate tables for common operations. Dimensional modelling
Extracting data from PostgreSQL databases with good optimisation techniques to speed up query execution
Transforming client business requirement into optimal data solutions while adhering to best practice with high level of attention to details
Developing Reports and data extracts per requirement
Communicating with external and internal stakeholders via Salesforce & Jira
Cross-functional collaboration to fulfil joint change request assignments
Create dashboard visualisation
