BI Assistant Program Manager

$3000 Sign-On Bonus

Eliot is currently seeking an Assistant Program Manager with one year experience in their Acquired Brain Injury Residential program.. The ideal candidate will be able to advocate for community supports and services on behalf of the individuals. and be able to identify effective strategies to address clinical issues/events.

Eliot offers an array of restorative skill building activities and supports for adults with Acquired Brain Injuries. Our Adult Day Services Program and Adult Residential Programs provide a full spectrum of services to rebuild communication proficiency, social & behavioral skills, self help abilities, and management of daily life activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day to day operations and overall service delivery of a group home for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injury.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, supervision and disciplinary action of program staff to include weekly supervision and completion of staff performance evaluations. Assist with maintaining documentation of all staff meetings and supervisions and assessing the training needs of staff and working with supervisor to address identified needs.
  • Assist with scheduling staff and ensure adequate and appropriate coverage for the program.
  • Develop daily program schedules in accordance with individuals’ needs. Communicate schedules to staff through written and oral communication.
  • Assist manager in scheduling and conducting monthly fire drills; document drills appropriately.
  • Train staff on fire safety, emergency procedures, safety plan, and other required training as requested by supervisor.
  • Assist manager with all aspects client programming/documentation, including the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISP) and behavior plans.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 11a-7pm and on-call responsibilities.

Experience

Preferred
  • 1 year(s): Experience working individuals with Acquired Brain Injury

Education

Preferred
  • Bachelors or better in Psychology or related field

Licenses & Certifications
