Key Responsibilities
· Ownership of all on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website authority, credibility, and online presence.
· Ownership of all core SEO platforms including, but not limited to Google Search Console, SEMRush, GA4, Screamingfrog and much more as we expand.
· Ownership of optimal indexing of all assets - not just articles, but videos, infographics, eBook and education platforms.
· Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page content, for search engines
· Manage the SEO content writing team and external agency partners and contractors to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of all our website content.
· Work closely with an extensive Dev Team to optimise our online experience for all our clients (Front & Back End)
· Proactively monitor and manage SEO performance against key competitors
· Provide thought leadership on the future of search/SEO, identifying new opportunities for The companny to excel in Organic Search globally.
· Manage website redirects and ensure a clean site architecture and perform content audits and recommend improvements
· Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools and algorithms, SEO best practices, and competitor news through audience insights and digital analytics
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), with proven results during that time
· Experience in leading and managing SEO, digital metrics, and web traffic and analytics
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
