Content Development Associate

The Biden for President Campaign is seeking Content Development Associates to help create compelling pieces of creative content for supporters. In this role, you will conduct research, draft copy, and develop concepts for graphics. You will also create those graphics and/or short-form videos to be distributed to supporters.  If you love creating content, this role is for you. You will be a part of the Digital Organizing Team, working to meet supporters and voters wherever they are natively online and authentically engage with them.


Key Responsibilities
  • Draft cop and develop concepts for creative content like graphics, memes, short-form videos, and more.
  • Create graphics and short-form videos.
  • Draft copy for social media platforms for supporters to share.
  • Conduct research to ensure content contains accurate information.
  • Analyze feedback from volunteers to ensure that the content produced meets the needs of supporters.
  • Optimize content based on performance data and content feedback.
  • Add content to distribution platforms like Reach, SoSha, toolkits, and more.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably working in a digital or creative space.
  • Passion for and knowledge of online content ecosystems.
  • Experience drafting copy for online platforms or content.
  • Ability and/or desire to create graphics, memes, short-form videos, GIFs, or other content a plus.
  • Able to work independently and on a team, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative thinker, strong writer, and communicator.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.


$60,000 - $65,000 a year
