The Harris For President campaign is looking for a driven, strategic, and creative individual to join the team as a Deputy Creative Strategy Director for Paid Media. In this role, you will be responsible for working with our paid media and analytics teams to plan and inform the production of our paid media creative. The ideal candidate for this role will be a senior-level creative strategist with experience in political paid media creative. This position is full-time and based in Wilmington, DE.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify upcoming paid media creative needs and work with the creative team to produce a variety of concepts for testing and execution across diverse media placements.Work closely with the analytics team and paid media strategists to stay up to date on creative testing analytics and performance data; transmit insights into creative briefs and decks to inform future creative production.Identify and manage static design needs for paid media, ensuring messaging in graphics aligns with accompanying video messaging.In collaboration with the director of creative strategy for paid media, creative director, paid media director, analytics, and campaign leadership, identify creative approaches for high-impact placements.Preferred Skills & Qualifications4+ years experience in working with creative teams on political paid media creative.Demonstrated experience with A/B tests, persuasion tests, or similar experiments.Curiosity for learning what persuades and motivates audiences.Deep knowledge of best practices in creating political persuasion advertising.Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to turn around work quickly.$95,000 - $120,000 a yearHarris for President requires all employees to be "up to date" on COVID-19 vaccination status as prescribed by the CDC as a condition of employment, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
