Senior Designer

The Biden For President campaign is looking for driven, strategic, and creative individuals to join Biden for President (BFP) as a senior designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful, strategic, on-brand digital and print design for social media, advertising, events, and more. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong design portfolio, excellent collaboration skills, a passion for politics, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time and based in Wilmington, DE.

• Design digital and print graphics for the campaign
• Contribute to the art direction of projects
• Collaborate in maintaining the campaign’s brand and aesthetic standards 
• Contribute to the strategy of BFP design work by tracking and analyzing the success of your work

• 3-4+ years in graphic design experience 
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to turn around work quickly
• Demonstrated experience producing beautiful and strategic design that adheres to brand standards
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
