Position Summary
Assist in the attainment of district goals by effective and efficient performance of data entry functions, including
tasks which generate state funding and impact accountability ratings for campuses and the district. Provide
support to district staff within the bilingual/ESL Program, including the International Welcome Center, regarding
compliance, data entry, and reports.
Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities
1. Required to drive personal vehicle in the performance of assigned tasks and maintain an approved travel
log for mileage reimbursement.
2. Perform general office procedures including typing, filing, and mail.
3. Duplication of materials, data processing, editing and general recordkeeping.
4. Assist with processing, dissemination, review of department reports, documents, as directed by
administrator; to include campus reports.
5. Maintain general office files and student: save/store required documents per policy and administrative
procedures.
6. Process cyclical data reports.
7. Utilize student information system and related computer applications to complete assigned
responsibilities.
8. Compile, maintain and file reports, records and other documents required in accordance with state and
federal program requirements.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities
expected for this position.
