Rick Hendrick Toyota in Sandy Springs is seeking a BILINGUAL SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team!

We’re looking for a BILINGUAL Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to join our award-winning Service Team! Our Service Advisors are the liaison between our customers and technicians - advising on repairs, estimating cost, selling any additional services and providing exceptional customer service. And with some of the busiest service drives around, you can take your service career to the next level and beyond!

*2 yrs minimum experience required

*Bilingual preferred

What our Service Advisors do:

• Meets dealership sales goals
• Works with customer and technicians to identify required maintenance
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer
• Estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs
• Enters itemized estimate on service order and explains estimate to customers
