Bilingual-Spanish - Childcare Resource Representative ($22/hr)
We are partnered with a user-friendly hotline that links callers to critical health and human services within their community. This hotline acts as a centralized resource for exploring government benefits, nonprofit organizations, support groups, volunteer opportunities, donation programs, and other essential local services.
Your role will involve supporting eligible families in identifying and acquiring cost-effective childcare options, as well as facilitating access to various local support services.

Essential Functions:
-
Completing online call reports via iCarol, the client's database accurately.

Determining a family’s eligibility for child care financial assistance/subsidy.

Adding eligible families to the Statewide Centralized Subsidy Wait List

Providing accurate information on local Child Care Programs and Providers
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Prior Call Center experience

Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases and other software systems

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Haitian Creole)

At least one-year work experience specifically in information
-
AIRS Certification is also appreciated but not required
