As our SEO Manager, you will be an integral part of our SEO team, collaborating closely to craft and execute a robust SEO program that lays the groundwork for our digital presence. You'll thrive in this role if you possess a potent blend of creativity and analytical prowess, leveraging your skills to steer our website towards greater visibility and success.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various marketing stakeholders to actualize content initiatives that align with SEO strategies.
Implement on-site optimizations to enhance our website's ranking potential and user experience.
Conduct regular technical audits across all owned properties to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices.
Utilize our SEO tech stack to monitor and report on site health, driving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform and refine our SEO strategy.
Contribute to both content and technical SEO programs, translating efforts into tangible business outcomes.
Work closely with our web technology team to optimize website performance, with a primary focus on site speed and user experience.
Develop and standardize processes for all technical SEO tasks, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the board.
Play a pivotal role in shaping our link building strategy, both externally and internally, to bolster our online authority and relevance.

We’d love to chat if you have:

8+ years experience managing SEO programs (preferably some in-house experience)
Demonstrated ability to improve site performance through content and technical SEO initiatives
Competency with SEO tools such as Screamingfrog, SEMRush, SearchConsole, AHREFS, and pagespeed insights.
Experience using analytical tools to derive insights to influence areas of focus (Google analytics, SearchConsole, SFDC)
Ability to understand coding languages in order to better partner with developers (HTML, JS, CSS)
Experience with CMS platforms (Wordpress, webflow, etc.)
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a simplified manner for leadership and other stakeholders
Ability to stay flexible and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Able to analyze SEO data and report out on findings to leadership and other stakeholders
Proactively stay on top of industry trends by analyzing websites in our industry and related industries

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$97,200—$121,100 USD
