We are looking for a proven leader who can amplify the effectiveness of an established senior team, driving growth and providing significant value.• Develop and execute the team’s support strategy in alignment with cross-functional organizational goals and industry best practices.• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.• Oversee the design and development of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.• Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data science to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.• Evaluate and prioritize high-revenue opportunities across all areas of the customer journey.• Collaborate with senior product, sales, and marketing leadership who are already committed to and utilizing data science solutions in their workflows. Work with them to build and revise a roadmap of most impactful opportunities.We’d Love To Chat If You Have• Experience managing and inspiring a team of machine learning and analytics professionals, with a track record of delivering high-impact projects.• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and programming languages such as Python or R, in a cloud-based environment.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing data science and analytics teams.Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
