Our client is hiring 2 Digital Product managers to join their team! *Role : Digital Product Manager Client : * Large Healthcare Company *Duration : * long-term ongoing project 6-12+ month contracts *Rate Range : * 70-80 / hour depending on location, experience level and experience fit.100% remote work (EST HOURS),* *but proximity to key hubs is a huge plus : * (Minneapolis, LA, San Francisco, Washington DC, Boston)*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE* 1.5-10+ years as a digital PM, product manager, project manager etc. 2. Healthcare company experience as a digital product manager 3.Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Adobe Expereince Cloud Product Suite knowledge* is great too! More the better. *The Digital Product Manager works closely with leadership from experience design, information technology, marketing, operations, and business teams to deliver digital applications that ensure an exceptional online experience for their consumers.You will build and lead a world-class online products team, including product managers and specialists.• You and your team will set the short- and long-term product goals and manage priorities and financials against those desired outcomes.• In the collaborative digital environment, delivering on these results means influencing your teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives through data and logic.• Core functions of the digital product management team include : developing product charters, digital product strategy and performance KPI’s* developing and maintaining product roadmaps* defining product features based on external and internal needs* maintaining a backlog of user stories* working with integrated design and development teams to deliver functionality* reporting on product performance, staying abreast of competing products* communicating with external users and internal stakeholders across the organization.• WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT : *• Candidates need a Design and .com perspective, fluency within Adobe products - an "Adobe Master" ideally (Adobe Experience Manager at least), Agile, Aha and Rally (React shop, Node.js Azure Cloud) need to know how to create and compose stories and connect design to get the right dependencies aligned. Healthcare experience is preferred• Know how digital product is run fluency in consumer experiences• Need flexibility and speed adaptability and drive forward.
