Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Manage a customer’s individual transition from one card program to another end to end
Become an expert around the transition process from one card program to another
Coach customers through the 4 step transition process; answer questions, provide best practices, and maintain momentum
Hold customers accountable to timelines & deadlines for completion of their transition
Empower customers to use the new card program successfully
Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation team members to insure the successful transition of their customers
Collaborate with compliance to approve customer’s application for the new card program
Work with finance and risk to understand a customer’s eligibility to move from one card program to another
Host training calls & webinars to enroll companies in the new card program
Proactive outreach to customers to keep them on the appropriate timeline for completion
Reactive outreach to customers regarding complications or questions about the process
Maintain calendar scheduling links

We’d love to chat if you have:

Customer service or project management background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create customer facing content
Highly organized
Ability to work at a fast pace
Proficiency in Google Sheets and SFDC
Highly attentive to detail
Ability to explain complex concepts
Time management skills

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. This role is eligible to participate in BILL’s sales incentive and equity plans. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

$23—$27 USD
