Billing and Shipping Clerk

JOB SUMMARY

Receive, identify, store, distribute, inventory, pick, pack, and ship materials, supplies, components and equipment in the most efficient manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in Shipping or Receiving when needed.
• Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.
• Move items to appropriate areas.
• Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
• Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
• Responsible for operating the warehouse machinery in a safe manner and reporting any equipment maintenance or problems to your immediate supervisor.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to understand and operate Oracle ERP system and its associated applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel application is required

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse setting
• General knowledge of warehouse terminology

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Able to work a 24-7 on-call schedule as needed
