About the profile -

As a Billing & Account Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for resolving all service requests related to billing, subscriptions, cancellations, account information and basic product queries. Challenging opportunities to contribute toward process improvements & self-service capabilities within the scope of the service desk are an added benefit in this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24X7 enterprise support to international customers, mostly over email
  • Address billing, cancellations, invoice generation, chargeviabacks & account related queries
  • Address basic queries related to Browserstack products KB articles or documentation
  • Routing issues to appropriate sales or technical resolver groups, where required
  • Achieve all KPIs and metrics set on a quarterly basis
  • Identify, participate implement process improvements


Key Skills:
  • Excellent command over written & spoken English customer empathy
  • 2-4 years exp & in a similar work environment will be preferred
  • Ability to quickly build a rapport with customers & resolve issues
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts Added advantage if comfortable to work in rotating shifts
  • Ability to coordinate between multiple teams & multi tasking & being able to project manage different task to enable maximum first call resolutions
  • Prior exposure to Billing & Payment / Service Desk environment would be a plus
  • Quick learning & focussed approach
