Billing Communication Specialist

We are looking for Billing Communication Specialists who have a passion to help people and want to be a part of our mission! This role is critical in ensuring Airrosti meets our Mission of consistently delivering World Class service by providing the most accurate and comprehensible information to our patients. This position receives all phone and email billing inquiries, and resolves/clarifies insurance discrepancies with patients. Billing Communication Specialists contact patients to review benefit coverage and reach out to patients to follow up with payment. This position works in a dynamic team environment at the Airrosti Support Center.

Requirements:

• Call Center and/or Insurance experience preferred
• 2+ years customer service experience required
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrate the ability to embrace change & be flexible
• Detail oriented while being able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and focus on the appropriate task at hand to ensure every task is followed and 100% complete
• Works well in a team dynamic as well as independently
• Must be able to attend in-person training, Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (first 10 weeks)

Salary - $17/hr.
