We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team in Billing Management. As the Billing Executive, you will be responsible for handling a variety of financial and non-financial tasks such as working with the digital team to digitalize and automate billing processes, reports, and workflow.

Make an Impact by:

• Performing billing activities as per agreed schedule and ensure bills are dispatched on time.
• Working with various parties to perform invoice rejections investigation and to resolve invoice rejections in a prompt and timely manner
• Working closely with IT and Finance to promptly resolve all month end closing issues for smooth closing
• Performing and complete all month end closing tasks per closing schedule
• Promptly prepare and dispatch reports to various stakeholders
• Assist UAT testing for enhancements
• Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by manager

Skills for Success:

• Diploma holder in any field
• Proficient Ms Excel, Ms Word
• Meticulous
