EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Billing Specialist in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position will be located at our office in Gaithersburg, MD.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all billing for the assigned customers which includes both service and hardware.
Validation of all installation activity to ensure the invoice accuracy.
Work with other support teams such as installation, field maintenance, program management and customer service.
Support onboarding process for all customers migrating to the new platform.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or related field
1 year of Excel
1 year of experience creating/using data analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of V-lookup with advanced excel skills
Ability to understand contractual terms
Understanding of contract language
Ability to pick up systems quickly

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
