Director, Product Marketing

BillionToOne is looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead the marketing efforts for the oncology product portfolio, Northstar. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and ensure the successful adoption of Northstar's liquid biopsy products.

Skills

Product marketing experience in cancer precision diagnostics
Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to market changes

Responsibilities

Develop product positioning, messaging, and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ideate and champion marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
Simplify complex product benefits for effective communication through marketing collateral.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with external and internal key stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to bring innovation to product marketing.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required
Advanced degrees in biology-related fields preferred
