Director of Lifecycle Marketing

Bilt is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to drive activation, engagement, and retention of Bilt Rewards Members.

Skills

  • 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations and automation platforms
  • Creative problem solver and team player
  • Knowledge of Liquid, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with webhooks, APIs, and CMS
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable worker
  • Design and/or copywriting skills a plus
  • Experience with email deliverability

Responsibilities

  • Develop a highly personalized user experience for existing Members
  • Manage testing across channels in the user journey
  • Collaborate with marketing team on activation & engagement priorities
  • Own planning, creation, and analysis of automated messages
  • Analyze campaign performance to improve user experience
  • Improve internal systems efficiency
