Responsibilities

• Manage team responsible for procurement, sales forecasting, inventory management, reporting, and analytics
• Lead 'order to fulfillment' cycle for customers
• Manage vendor and 3rd party partner relationships
• Track KPIs and provide status reports to executive leadership team
• Work on designing/re-designing kits efficiently for distribution
• Negotiate costs and service level with shipping carriers
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics setup and processes
• Hire, develop, and maintain high performing team

Education

• MBA/Masters preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, supply chain management, or related field
