Internship - Finance

BioMed Realty seeking an undergraduate student majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or an equivalent field, with an interest in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Finance to perform general research, analysis, and support for the finance team.Key Duties And Responsibilities• Assist in preparation and analysis related to corporate, portfolio, and asset-level forecasting for the Company’s reporting and presentation materials• Prepare industry related research and analysis• Prepare tenant credit and financial analysis• Assist in preparation of development reporting• Other ad-hoc projects related to aboveJob Specifications• Interest in commercial real estate and/or corporate finance• Interest in company-level financial analysis/valuation• General experience and/or understanding of financial analysis and real estate cash flows preferred• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines, and to adapt readily to changing priorities• Strong academics and extracurricular involvement• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint required• Experience with Thomson (Refinitiv) or equivalent financial market data provider a plusSalary $25.00 per hour (undergraduate)The above represents the expected salary for this internship.
