Bird is looking for an Account Manager to manage a book of business of diverse clients in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for their retention and growth. You will look after a specific territory and be expected to achieve an assigned revenue quota, while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You’ll report to the Head of UK, and work in close partnership with Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact
Develop and execute account and territory planning to drive growth and revenue for assigned accounts
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth,
Own the up sell and cross sell prospecting activities across multiple persona’s and departments by demonstrating real hunter qualities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve client outcomes
Employ a solution-selling methodology to facilitate customer evaluations and to help them understand Bird’s unique differentiation
2+ years years' client-facing experience, focused on renewals and upsells
Track record of personally selling and closing complex technical solutions to enterprises and software companies
Track record of success in personal outbound pipeline generation
Experience with creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process. Fearless and a ruthless focus on execution.
Demonstrated experience with Enterprise and mid market customers
