The Role

We are looking for a sales operations analyst with strong experience in B2B SaaS who is eager to have an impact on the business.

As an essential part of our local go-to-market team, Sales Operations works with Sales and cross-functional leaders to enable Bird’s growth and business success. We design scalable organizational structures, drive process improvements, develop data-driven insights and decision-making, and operationalize solutions. 

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about driving change in a Sales Organization.

What you’ll do

• Prepare analyses for weekly, quarterly and annual business reviews, reviewing key performance indicators and goals.  

• Work with Sales Leadership on the operating cadence of the business: Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Quota setting, and Funnel metrics.

• Develop dashboards to analyze trends in the business and communicate progress against targets. 

• Examine the sales processes and find areas of optimization. 

• Design and build data models and tools to improve the sales processes and operations, and develop operational efficiencies.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or an analytical field at a fast-paced B2B software company with operational experience increasing Forecast accuracy, optimizing the sales process, generating sales productivity, and leading deal reviews. 

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce 

• Experience analyzing data (advanced Excel & SQL skills) and using reporting tools (knowledge of Looker is a plus) to communicate business insights

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization.

• Ability to document business processes, use cases, and business requirements; and then implement corresponding solutions in the systems.

• Nice to have: Lean six-sigma or similar certifications, Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. CS, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics).
